Return Policy
Disclaimer: In the event of any discrepancy or conflict, the English version will prevail over the translation.
Most items purchased from Clare Solar are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and accessories)
For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders), the details for making such refund and the timelines are detailed in the refund timelines.
General Returns Policy
1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Clare Solar.com
2. If you report an issue with your product that is covered by On-Site warranty as may be provided by the manufacturer, we may schedule a technician visit to your location.. Subject to manufacturer’s Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report.
3. Return will be processed only if:

- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Clare Solar shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
6. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
7. Products may be eligible for replacement only if there is an exact same item in stock.
8. If the replacement request is placed and the exact same product is not in stock, we will provide a refund.
9. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds, subject to terms and conditions.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
Return/Refund Policy : 7 Days Refund
The item is eligible for refund, within 7 days of delivery (starting from the day of delivery included), in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund.
Claim Video
Please create a video of the product received from logistics that includes unpacking of the product and problem/issue with the product, which is must to process refund, and without it the refund will be denied.
Refund Amount
The refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders), subject to
following deductions:
- Forward shipping charges in cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- It is buyer’s responsibility to return the product in its original condition and any charges associated with it shall be borne by the buyer. In case, buyer wants a Reverse Pickup service, charges of the same shall be deducted from refund
If the returned product is found to be different as in the claim, refund would be denied.
Note: We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
